2.3 Availability of products may vary and is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Gift Vouchers

4.2 Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
4.3 Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
4.4 Tranquil Therapy is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Once issued, the responsibility for the voucher lies with the recipient.
Delivery and Shipping
5.1 We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. However, delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.
5.2 Tranquil Therapy is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by third-party carriers.
5.3 Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified in promotional offers.
Returns and Refunds
6.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging.
6.2 Please contact us before returning any products. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.
6.3 Tranquil Therapy reserves the right to refuse a refund if the products are not in a saleable condition.
6.4 Gift vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
